Christ's sacrifice on the cross is the only thing necessary for salvation to heaven.

Pastor Melvin continues his series in Acts, picking up in Chapter 13. Our God is sovereign in the salvation of His people. The best way we can share this wonderful gospel (which is defined in Galatians 4:4) is by living a Christ centered life no matter what opposition we face. When people understand how powerful our Lord is, lives will be changed.

There exists a right way of the Lord. Be on your guard against demonic forces, which do exist in this world, and are NOT of the Lord. Go to the Word of God for guidance.

Pastor Melvin finishes up Chapter 12 of Acts today. Peter follows the Lord in faith even though he doesn't know the details. There is freedom in obedience. If you have been disappointed by an outcome, know that God is still working for your benefit.
